Structural Characteristics1.Dynamically balance motor shaft with double-shielded life-lubricated bearings(working life more than 5000hours).
2. Open and self-ventilate induction motor designed for continuous duty.
3.Stator pack is made of low-leakage magnetic laminations(2.63Watt/kg).
4.Stator windings are manufactured using wire with double class H insulation.
Heads carefully bound and shaped by pressure impregnation is done in a continuous cycle by preheating-immersion baking with extremely pure ideal-polyester resin.motor insulation is class B.
5.High quality winding with excellent insulation and heat transmission properties.
6.Motor is the squirrel-cage type.
7.Capacitor is supplied as standard.
8.Surface protection of the electric motor assembly is achieved by a complete treatment cyle. Including rust-proofing.pickling,phosphatizing,passivation,two coat paint finish applied by electrostatic process and oven baked.
